Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy can help you learn more about yourself, make balanced decisions to solve life’s problems, and promote personal growth. It offers a safe and supportive environment where you can explore the root of your challenges, overcome emotional obstacles, and create lasting change.

What I Offer

Living with medical issues, work challenges, relationship difficulties, and other life stressors can be incredibly challenging. Many people struggle to cope, and emotional distress can make it difficult to adopt healthy habits. It’s essential to have effective coping strategies, and psychological support can help alleviate emotional challenges, guiding you on a path toward achieving your personal goals.

My services include:
• Initial consultations
• Individual psychotherapy for adults age 18+
• Psychodiagnostic evaluations

I work with adults of various ages who are facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, low self-esteem, and adjustments to life changes, as well as both new and long-term struggles. I also assist individuals who have difficulty coping with medical issues or making healthy lifestyle changes (e.g., diet, exercise, sleep, medication adherence) and who could benefit from a structured therapy approach. To accommodate busy schedules, I offer morning, late afternoon, and evening appointments on weekdays. During your initial visit, I will assess your needs to determine if my therapeutic approach is a good fit for you. Together, we will explore any problems or concerns you may have and work toward finding effective solutions.

My specialties include:
• Treatment of Anxiety and Depression
• Relationship and/or adjustment issues
• Work/Life Imbalance
• Stress Management
• Grief Support
• Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
